Is Jackson Wang Joining Hrithik Roshan's Krrish 4? Here's What the GOT7 Star Revealed

Singer-rapper Jackson Wang, currently on his second visit to India, has finally addressed the ongoing speculation about his rumored role in Krrish 4. In an interview with PTI, the GOT7 member not only clarified his association with the film but also expressed his admiration for Punjabi superstar Diljit Dosanjh, with whom he recently collaborated on the track Buck.

Jackson Wang Addresses Krrish 4 Rumors

During his India trip, Jackson Wang met Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan a meeting that quickly went viral on social media and fueled speculation about a possible collaboration on Krrish 4. Adding to the excitement, Jackson had earlier teased fans in an interview with Elle India, suggesting he might be involved in the movie’s soundtrack or even make a brief acting appearance.

He had said, "I think he’s preparing for a new movie, Krrish 4. I don’t know, maybe I’ll be able to participate in the soundtrack. Or you know, maybe…I’ve never acted before. So maybe this’ll be my first time acting. Maybe in the movie, you see me and I come out and I die right away."

However, Jackson has now set the record straight he is not a part of Krrish 4. Speaking about Hrithik Roshan, he said, "When we're together, especially Hrithik and I, we don't talk about work. So work-related stuff is never brought up in our conversation." He acknowledged that Krrish 4 is a major film project but confirmed that the rumors about his role are false.

Jackson’s India Visit and Meeting with the Roshans

Jackson is in Mumbai to promote his upcoming album Magic Man 2, a sequel to his 2022 release Magic Man. His previous visit to India was for a performance at Lollapalooza India in 2023. During this trip, he also met Hrithik Roshan’s family. Rakesh Roshan shared a group photo featuring Jackson and Hrithik twinning in black outfits, captioned, “Jackson welcome & God bless!”

Hrithik Roshan is currently gearing up for War 2, which also stars Jr NTR. He is also preparing for Krrish 4, where he is expected to make his directorial debut. The Krrish franchise began with Koi Mil Gaya in 2003, followed by Krrish (2006) and Krrish 3 (2013), solidifying its place as one of India's most iconic superhero series.
